• Giulietta 1.4 MultiAir TCT Stage 3+ TwinScroll

Final result of 1.4 Giulietta project, all started with basic stage 2 (downpipe, intercooler, software) and great tuner Pawel from BoostFactory.

As always, it wasn't enough, cause there is no enough of power. Thanks again, to Pawel, he matched to this engine, amazing BorgWarner Twinscroll turbocharger, capable of over 300HP with amazing spool at this displacement.
BaqExhaust did really great job with exhaust manifold, exhaust, intake etc.

Of course we had to use water/methanol injection, to keep this engine safe (it's fully stock) and with a lot spent of my time on tune 8GMK ecu with support from Pawel, the final result was 339HP and 376Nm of torque, full spool up at approx. 3000 RPM.

Engine spec:

• Fully stock engine including; Intake Manifold, Throttle Body (at the day of final dyno). Currently, there is added larger throttle body adapter to stock intake manifold, and throttle body from TwinSpark 1.6 NA engine.

• Turbocharger twinscroll, ballbearing
• Bosch 630cc injectors
• Twinscroll exhaust manifold By BaqExhaust
• Full exhaust 2.5″ by BaqExaust
• Custom Intake 2″ by BaqExhaust
• FMIC.pl larger intercooler
• AEM methanol injection
• Map sensor 4 bar
• Boost sensor 4 bar

• Stage3 ECU 8GMK - TurboLapaka + BoostFactory
