Requirements:
Unfortunately, last Windows secuirty updates, basically killed original OpenPort 2.0 Drivers because they are not WHQL signed.

If you have Windows 11 Pro or higher, You can disable signing check in Group Policy.

Or Disable Secure Boot and with administrator command line:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
In both option, I suggest to install good quality Antivirus or use virtual machine.
